THE COMPANY_family tradition

The Eurograni S.p.A business was founded in 1997 by idea of the founder Massimo Giuseppe Barranco who, using a family tradition in the grain trade from 1940s and personal experience gained in the sector, decided to form his own new - innovative and competitive company - for the business of import and export of cereals.

The idea of continuing the family tradition has proved succesful. Today, Eurograni S.p.A. is leader in the wheat field and in 2008 achieved voulumes of 650,000 TM product. Jurisdiction, availability and dynamical are strengths of Eurograni S.p.A. competing in the worldwide grain market.

The company is situated in southern Sicily, in Gela, located on the famous plain, which has an area of 250 sqare kilometers and is the largest in the South of Italy. The territory has a strong agricoltural vocation and a historical tradition in the cultivation of wheat.

The organizational structure of Eurograni S.p.A. is in a phase of expansion, the operational, administrative and head offices are based in Sicily and a representative office in Algeries. The current storage capacity is approximately 50,000 MT products.
